Last year for an independent project, one of my students knitted with paperclips. I got him to sit down and tell me a little bit about it. He’s got some great advice if you want to knit with paperclips. Watch to learn more!

Very cool. As a pastry chef, this helps with working in making intricate designs on wedding cakes. This is very creative!
I love to knit! That sounds fun to do it on paperclips. never thought of that before
Wish my eyes were better, this looks fun. Will pass it along to friends.
Sounds good. I will try it out
would have liked to have seen his little face just one time. sounds like he put a lot of thought into this project.
Sorry, I don’t show student’s faces due to the security risk.

I used to make pieces of art ouf of paperclips, but I never thought of using them for knitting. That’s a great idea.
Wish that video was longer — I really wanted to see how he was doing that….
Good for him!

Okay, this is just way too creative and fascinating… I can’t believe it! SHEER GENIUS! Way to go!!! Did you see the knitting with plastic bags episode of Knitty Gritty? That was also very different and cool… the possiblities with knitting are seemingly endless!
