Nick and Danielle Bilton were the grand champions at the Cupcake Decorating Championships.
Twelve contestants made it to the final round as champions and each of the twelve champions got a cupcake champion medal!
Looking back, a lot of things went really well and I got a lot of help to make this event a success.
Big thanks to the Ignite Organizing Committee for pulling the event together, Alicia and Frances for helping make the cupcakes and being judges, Allison, Nichelle and Rachel of the Cupcakes Take the Cake blog who helped out and were part of the cupcake judging team, and the 8 or so awesome volunteers who helped everything move along. Thanks also to Sterling Publishing who donated the books given as the grand prize!
